Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, service address, billing information, booking details, service preferences, household instructions, access information, communications, photographs, service notes, incident records, referral information, job-application information and information you voluntarily provide about pets, family members, dietary needs or other service requirements.
Payment-card information may be processed by a payment provider rather than stored directly by Pronto360.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, provide estimates, schedule and perform services, communicate with customers, process payments, coordinate employees and service providers, maintain service records, improve quality, prevent fraud, protect customers and personnel, manage insurance or claims, comply with law, recruit employees and operate the Pronto360 business.
Body-camera and service footage
Designated field personnel may use body-worn cameras for safety, security, quality review and incident documentation where lawful. We do not intend to record bathrooms, changing areas, private personal-care activity or other situations where company policy or law requires recording to stop. Footage is treated as confidential and is accessed only for legitimate operational, safety, insurance, investigation, legal or compliance purposes. Retention may vary depending on the nature of the footage and whether an incident, complaint, insurance matter or legal preservation obligation exists.
Website and device information
Our website or service providers may collect basic technical information such as browser type, device type, IP address, pages viewed, referral source and cookies or similar technologies used to operate, secure and understand the website. Where required, available cookie or browser controls may be used to manage optional technologies.
When we share information
We may share information with employees, contractors, licensed specialists, payment processors, scheduling or communication providers, insurers, professional advisers and other vendors that need the information to perform legitimate business functions.
