1. Booking, scope and approval
The customer must provide accurate information about the requested work, property, access, occupants, pets, hazards and any special requirements. Before work begins, Pronto360 will confirm the scope, timing and pricing or pricing basis. Work outside the confirmed scope requires additional approval. Estimates are based on the information available when provided and may be revised if conditions, scope or customer requests change.
2. Pricing, purchases and payment
House cleaning may be offered at an introductory hourly rate per cleaner. Other services may be hourly, fixed-price, quoted, mileage-based, reimbursement-based or otherwise agreed before work begins. Customer-authorized materials, supplies, parking, tolls, purchases and third-party charges may be added to the invoice where disclosed or approved. Payment terms will be stated at booking or on the invoice. The customer is responsible for valid payment information and for promptly raising any billing question.
3. Scheduling, cancellations and changes
Customers should provide as much notice as reasonably possible for cancellations or schedule changes. Any cancellation, late-change, minimum-booking or call-out fee will be disclosed before it applies. Pronto360 may reschedule, pause or cancel work because of safety concerns, severe weather, road conditions, illness, unavailable staff or specialists, property-access problems, equipment failure or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
4. Home-solicitation cancellation rights
Some transactions resulting from in-home or door-to-door sales are subject to federal and/or Arizona cooling-off requirements. When those requirements apply, the customer will receive the legally required written notice and cancellation form, and nothing in these Terms waives any statutory cancellation right. The applicable cancellation period runs according to law from the transaction/signature date stated on the customer’s agreement.
5. Property access and customer responsibilities
The customer must provide lawful and reasonably safe access to the service location and disclose relevant alarm, gate, parking, key, code, pet, utility and hazard information. The customer should secure cash, jewelry, medication, firearms, irreplaceable items, sensitive documents and other unusually valuable or hazardous property unless handling them is specifically part of the agreed service. The customer must identify fragile, damaged, unstable or unusually sensitive items and surfaces before work begins.
6. Safety and right to stop work
Pronto360 may refuse, stop or reschedule work when conditions are unsafe, unlawful, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, sexually inappropriate, unsanitary beyond the agreed scope, structurally hazardous, or likely to cause injury or property damage. Employees and service providers are not required to remain in an unsafe environment.
7. Body-worn cameras and service documentation
For safety, security, quality review and incident documentation, designated Pronto360 field personnel may use company-approved body-worn cameras where lawful. Recording will not intentionally occur in bathrooms, changing areas, during private personal-care activity, or in other circumstances where company policy or law requires recording to stop. Footage is confidential and is not intended for public release. It may be accessed, retained or disclosed for legitimate safety, service, insurance, investigation, legal or compliance purposes. By booking and permitting service after receiving notice of this policy, the customer acknowledges this practice subject to applicable law.
8. Cleaning and household-service conditions
Results can be affected by age, wear, staining, prior damage, neglected surfaces, hard-water deposits, mold, corrosion, sun damage, material condition and prior treatments. Pronto360 does not guarantee restoration of pre-existing damage or permanent staining. Customers must disclose manufacturer restrictions or special-care requirements that are not reasonably apparent.
9. Handyman, repair and construction-related work
Pronto360 is not a licensed contractor. Minor handyman work performed directly by Pronto360 is limited to work that qualifies for an applicable Arizona licensing exemption. Pronto360 will not represent unlicensed personnel as licensed contractors or divide a larger project to avoid licensing requirements. Work requiring a contractor license, permit or licensed trade will be referred to or coordinated with an appropriately licensed contractor. When required, the customer may contract directly with that licensed provider, and that provider’s separate terms, warranties and insurance may apply.
10. Vehicle and passenger transportation
Vehicle-related services may include service coordination, delivery, pickup, maintenance logistics and other agreed support. Passenger transportation will be performed or coordinated only in a manner permitted by applicable law and insurance requirements. Where a vehicle-for-hire permit, commercial coverage or other authorization is required, Pronto360 will use an appropriately permitted and insured provider rather than represent an unpermitted service as authorized.
11. Babysitting, family and senior support
Babysitting and senior-help services are practical, non-medical support unless a separately qualified and authorized provider is expressly identified. Pronto360 personnel do not provide nursing, diagnosis, medical treatment or other licensed healthcare services unless appropriately licensed and specifically contracted to do so. Customers must provide emergency contacts, relevant instructions and any required authorizations. Transportation of children or vulnerable persons requires separate approval and must comply with applicable law, insurance and safety requirements.
12. Pet care
Customers must disclose known aggression, bite history, escape behavior, medical conditions, medications and special handling needs. In an apparent emergency, Pronto360 may seek reasonable veterinary assistance when the customer cannot be reached, but veterinary charges remain the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed. Pronto360 does not provide veterinary treatment.
13. Groceries, meals, errands and customer purchases
Customers are responsible for communicating dietary restrictions, allergies, substitutions, budgets and purchasing instructions. Pronto360 will use reasonable care but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment unless expressly agreed and feasible. Customer-approved purchases and third-party charges are reimbursable as agreed. Pronto360 will not knowingly complete unlawful purchases or errands.
14. Third-party specialists and licensed providers
Some requests are best fulfilled by independent, licensed, insured or specialist providers. Pronto360 may help coordinate scheduling, access, communications or follow-up. Unless Pronto360 expressly agrees otherwise in writing, third-party providers remain responsible for their own licensed work, workmanship, warranties, professional obligations and insurance.
15. Insurance and bonding
Pronto360 service is intended to be fully insured and bonded for every customer service performed by Pronto360. Coverage terms, exclusions and limits are governed by the applicable insurance or bond documents and do not create guarantees beyond those documents.
16. Damage, claims and limitation of liability
Customers should report alleged loss, damage or service problems promptly so Pronto360 can investigate and, where appropriate, inspect the condition before repair, replacement or disposal. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pronto360 is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, ordinary wear, hidden defects, manufacturer failures, customer-supplied products, acts of independent third parties, or losses caused by inaccurate or incomplete customer information.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pronto360’s aggregate liability for an ordinary service-related claim arising from a particular visit will not exceed the amount paid or payable to Pronto360 for the affected visit. This limitation does not apply where applicable law prohibits limitation or exclusion of liability, and nothing in these Terms waives rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
17. Customer conduct and cooperation
Customers and household members must treat Pronto360 personnel professionally. Harassment, threats, violence, unsafe demands, discriminatory conduct, sexual misconduct or attempts to bypass Pronto360 by privately engaging assigned personnel may result in immediate termination of service.
18. Referral credits and promotions
Referral credits, introductory rates and promotions are subject to the published offer terms and any minimum-spend or eligibility requirements disclosed with the offer. Referral credits are account credits, are not redeemable for cash, and may be withdrawn or adjusted in cases of fraud, cancellation or non-qualifying activity.
19. Privacy and confidential information
Pronto360 handles customer information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Customer keys, access codes, schedules, addresses, recordings and other private information are treated as confidential and used only for legitimate business purposes, service delivery, safety, compliance and authorized administration.
20. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable Arizona and federal law. Any court proceeding arising from these Terms will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Arizona unless applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in these Terms restricts a customer’s non-waivable statutory or regulatory rights.
21. Changes to these Terms
Pronto360 may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect for a service will be the version made available to the customer when the service is booked or confirmed, unless a later change is separately agreed.
